Gas connection procedure:
1. Obtaining technical connection specifications (TU)
Provider: Gas Networks of the Kapchagay Region LLC
Technical connection specifications are issued in the following cases:
1) design and subsequent construction of new facilities connected to gas supply systems;
2) increase in the volume of services consumed from the existing gas supply system;
3) reconstruction of a facility, if this leads to a change in the volume and characteristics of services consumed.
4) repurposing of a facility.
Cost: Free
To obtain TU, you must submit an application with a package of documents (follow the link: for individuals, for legal entities).
Issuance period:
1) for technically simple facilities – within five business days;
2) for technically complex facilities – within ten business days.
2. Design and Construction
Contractor: Gas Networks of Kapchagay Region, LLC
Technical specifications for connection to gas supply systems are issued in the following cases:
Contractor: Licensed organizations selected by the Consumer
Cost: Negotiable
The Consumer selects the design and construction organization and independently enters into a service agreement with them. The terms and cost of the work are determined by the agreement.
3. Connection Readiness Check
Contractor: Gas Networks of Kapchagay Region, LLC
• The Consumer notifies of the completion of the work and readiness for connection by providing a package of executive technical documentation confirming compliance with the issued technical specifications and the facility's readiness.
• Gas Networks of Kapchagay Region, LLC carries out the check within 2 business days. If the facility is not ready, a report of identified violations will be issued.
4. Connection to the Gas Distribution System
Contractor: Gas Networks of the Kapchagay Region LLC
Cost: Free
If the facility is ready, connection to the gas distribution system (connection to the existing gas pipeline, gas supply, and sealing) will be completed within 3 business days.
Important! Applications (requests), issuance of Technical Specifications, and execution of a Commercial Gas Supply Agreement are accepted only with the property owner or their authorized representative (subject to the property owner's notarized consent to gasification).
